Pricing FAQ

Yes, you can change plans at any time. When upgrading, the price difference will be prorated. When downgrading, the change will take effect from the next billing period.
After exceeding the 1,000 product limit, each additional product is charged according to your plan rate (€0.02 for Starter, €0.04 for Growth). Billing is monthly based on actual usage.
We offer a free demo and pilot for new customers. Contact us to discuss terms for testing the platform on your data before committing to a subscription.
Starter provides full DPP regulatory compliance - all required data, public product page, and GS1 identification.

Growth adds business value: you can use the product page not only for compliance but also for marketing and sales. You get ERP/PIM/PLM integrations, advanced roles, and SLA.
The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations that require on-premise or private cloud deployment due to security policies, audit requirements, or specific IT governance needs. It's a solution for large enterprises with their own infrastructure requirements.
We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and invoices with deferred payment terms for Enterprise customers. Billing is in EUR.
